Together with 25hours Hotels, Helena is launching her reading tour ‘Ayurveda Routine’.
Helena Himmelsbach is a graduate Asian scientist and trained Ayurveda expert with her own practice in Cologne, where she offers constitutional analyses, nutritional consultations and massages. With the help of nutrition, stress management and simple routines to help people find their way back to their centre and find their centre and their strength. Together with her partner she also runs the (online) shop "Welcome-kaufenundhelfen", which offers an extensive range on the topics of yoga, meditation and Ayurveda. Every month 10 per cent of the shop's net proceeds are donated to charity projects.
Her instagram channel @ayurvedawissen one of the largest german-speaking Instagram accounts on the topic of Ayurveda.
Meet Helena in person at the book reading in our Sauna/Spa at the 14th floor on 25.05.2024 from 11 pm at the 25hours Hotel Das Tour. Meeting point at 10.45am in the lobby.
