An Australian café by day, a bistrot wine
bar by night with a Mediterranean cuisine.
ABC focuses on quality breakfast, brunch and lunch and take away food with a
high regard for good cup of coffee but also a great place to seat, relax and sip
some good wine with friends, family and even meet new people.
Order breakfast, read papers or diverse magazines provided daily and enjoy a
nice silky cappuccino, but also come for an apéro in the afternoon with friends
and family and try our bar food menu with a great glass of wine selected by
Allan. All selected wines are from small wineries sourced in France and
Food will be prepared daily with carefully chosen suppliers. The place will be
run by myself - Allan Bourbon - and other international and German staff. Our
team is all about food and beverage and great professional casual service. We
have been working together in the past and it’s been very successful.
We will offer a simple and short menu to make sure all ingredients are fresh,
coffee ground on order and fresh real fruits for smoothies and frappes are used.
ABC will be a place for the local community, families, tourists and gastronomy
industry, people looking for great food, a unique experience, great service and
wine at a good price. We want ABC to be a local hangout. The menu will stay
the same apart from specials that our waiters will tell on day or night.
A French German wine list selected by Allan and only from small local wineries
will be displayed and served. Also a few obscure wines will be presented too
from countries like South Africa, Czech Republic, Romania etc.
Wine tasting will be conducted on set days as special events once a month at
the beginning. Art and other events may occur but not for the time being.
ABC tries to focus on excellent food, good service and great wine but on an
affordable price in a very unique casual experience. ABC is here for the long run
that’s why we have chosen carefully the place and where we wanted to open.
