Kundalini Activation aka Inner Dance is a practice during which we invite the Kundalini Energy in to dance freely through our bodies and show us what she wants to show us. This can be a life-changing spiritual awakening, experience, that brings about profound changes in consciousness. This practice can dissolve energetic blockages, increase clear sight, show us and let us experience who we are in our fullest divine glory. Time line - sharing and space for questions - meditation - breathwork - kundalini activation, we, You, lie down in shavasana, relaxed on Your back maybe with a blanket, the music goes starts playing and we invite the energy in. This practice can be a big leap, make sure You are rested and take care of Your beautiful body, mind and soul. Partaking is at Your own risk and responsibility.

Kundalini Awakening is being described as a magical experience, by many teachings, an experience in which prana, kundalini, light and love is moving freely through the body from the root chakra up to the crown chakra. This can be a life-changing spiritual awakening, experience, that brings about profound changes in consciousness.

Experiences reported during and after the session: I feel relaxed, I feel a warm glow inside, I feel my chest bulging, I feel open, I feel a wild energy or light traveling and moving through my body, I feel nothing, I have visions, I feel like I am having a psychedelic experience, I feel a release, I am crying, screaming, sad, I am happy, I am trampling with my hands and feet, I can not sleep, I feel I have an infinite amount of energy, my body is dancing, I feel bliss, I feel as if I woke up and see and experience things I never so or experienced before.

If You fancy bring a sleeping mask, or scarf to cover your eyes and optionally headphones. Both is not a must, though can be a nice option to have with You. Much love and light and I am very excited to experience and go on this magical journey together.

Sebastiaan works as an Photographer and Music Producer. He loves practicing Yoga, Union, Oneness, Love and reading, sharing stories on the subject from Tantra, the Tao, Channeled Material, Buddha, Gene Keys, I Ching, Yoga Sutras and many more. Yoga sessions often have a topic like hip opening, and start with a meditation, followed by asana practice, breathwork, then a deeper stretch, a little yoga story, and in a state of Bliss, Shavasana. With changing topics across his workshops, Sebastiaan will guide You through any emotional or physical burden in Your body, to release the inner self You deserve to be.
