––– English Version: Founded in Barcelona in 2002, the Colombian-Argentine band Che Sudaka has undoubtedly become a cult band. With their optimistic-rebellious lyrics, their infinitely positive attitude and energy on stage and their highly recognizable sound mix of Latin American folklore, ska, reggae, punk and electronic elements, Che Sudaka has become one of the most loved bands in the alternative Latino scene. Three brothers who stop time with their voices, accordion, acoustic guitar, samplers and drum machine. Every concert is a sweaty fiesta in the here and now, a moment of unity and togetherness, respect and love The once illegal immigrants in the streets of Barcelona have already been invited to festivals in forty-six countries and have now played around one and a half thousand concerts on all five continents. In addition to their own cultura popular, the three South Americans find their musical roots in legendary bands such as The Clash, Mano Negra or Los Fabulosos Cadillacs. Points of reference can be found to well-known Latin American songwriters, above all to Facundo Cabral, who was murdered in 2011. In 2022, the three brothers will celebrate their 20th anniversary as a band. On this occasion, they will not only release a new album, but also a book that reflects the essence and history of the band in countless statements and to which their friend and musician colleague Manu Chao has contributed a warm-hearted prologue. Che Sudaka is rebellion, therapy and partying. And anyone who has experienced a concert of the band live will again believe in the good in people   chesudaka.com
