The event lasts up to 4 hours and lets on dance and danger, observation, conversation, partaking and hanging out. What do ballistics, problems, the devil and dance have in common? Etymologically speaking, they all share the same root, from Greek, ballein, which means, “to throw so as to hit“. What is the problem that you are dancing to? Which problem makes you dance? How dance can be triggered by violence and aggression. There is no dance if we are not forced to dance. Konzept / Concept: Diego Agulló Tanz / Dance: Lisa Stewart, Kiana Rezvani, Cajsa Godeé, Fjóla Gautadóttir, Julia Barrette-Laperrière Light design by Felix Mathias Ott and Diego Agulló Between Us or who cares about resolution Die Performance ist eine intime Konversation der DarstellerInnen. A duration performance of an intimate conversation. We slide through and along broad content of the confessional, the biographical, the social, the political and the critical. This is a practice that makes way to talk about, among other things, shame, fantasies, rage, self-pleasure and self-care. What makes a good conversation? When do we actually talk with one another? Who decides where this conversation belongs, and what is longed to be public? What happens when that private and invisible, secret thing is performed publicly? How can being publicly intimate be an act of caring for oneself in a community-constituting way? What did we not yet talk about? Where is this taking us and where can I get off?
